MS medium contains all the major nutrients plants need to grow rapidly. The most common type of medium in plant tissue culture, and with good reason. Most plants thrive on it.
A must-have for any tissue culture lab: do-it-yourself, small-scale or professional.

Exotic and ornamental plants such as: Philodendron, monstera, and alocasia.

- 4.4 gram of MS medium per vial (makes 1 Liter)*How to use:
1. Get a medium bottle (or any bottle made of borosilicate glass which is very heat resistant)
2. Add the entire MS medium bottle contents (and growth regulators, optionally)
3. Stir well
4. Add 3-7 grams of plant agar
5. Fill the bottle until you reach 1 Liter
6. Stir well again
7. Microwave until it boils and you have a clear solution (pressure cooker or autoclave is preferred)
8. Cool down until you can hold it in your hand without it burning
9. Add medium to your sterile bottles or plates for plant tissue culture
